- Each new family will need to complete a registration form.
- Download the form to complete and bring with you or pick up a form at our center.
- All persons authorized to pick up children must be listed on the registration form.
- Bring a copy of current shot records.
- Diapers are welcomed. If your child is in diapers, bring a spare.
- If children are toilet training, bring extra clothes in case of accidents.
- Label all items and meals from home.
